Step 1: Building your company identity

Every brand starts with a clear identity. Building your company identity. It's more than just a logo, it's about how you define your business, your values, and how you communicate with your audience. In this stage, I help you lay the groundwork for a brand that reflects who you are and sets you apart from the competition.

Why is company identity important?

A well-defined company identity is crucial because it gives you clarity and direction. For professionals in the health and wellness industry, your brand needs to convey trust and a personal connection. This industry is built on relationships, so it's essential that your identity resonates with those you serve.

Who is it for?

This stage is ideal for health and wellness businesses looking to establish or refine their brand. Whether you’re offering holistic therapy, coworking/events spaces, nutrition plans or wellness coaching, this step will help you position yourself for growth while maintaining the personal touch that your clients rely on.

How I help

Through a series of four interactive workshops, we’ll cover the essential elements that define your brand:

  • Workshop 01: Core Values, Mission & Vision: We’ll begin by identifying the core principles and long-term vision that drive your business, whether you're a yoga teacher aiming to promote mindfulness or a nutritionist advocating a holistic approach to health.

  • Workshop 02: Target Audience, Market Positioning, UVPs & USPs: We’ll explore who your target audience is, where you fit in the market, and what makes your offering unique. In the wellness space, standing out while staying true to your values is key.

  • Workshop 03: MVP Offerings & Buyer Persona: We'll define your Minimum Viable Product offerings and craft a detailed buyer persona that represents your ideal customer, whether they are looking to improve their diet, mental health, or overall wellbeing. This stage also helps you structure any events, courses, workshops, or bookings you may want to hold online. And when it's all synced up to your calendar, managing your time becomes a dream.

  • Workshop 04: Brand Tone & Press Kit: We’ll shape your brand’s tone of voice and prepare a press kit, including a one-liner, boilerplate, and founder’s bio. This will help ensure that your personality and message come through in all communications, even as you streamline your offerings.

Streamlining without losing personality

An essential aspect of my approach is helping you streamline your business and make it more efficient. This often means finding ways to generate passive income through digital offerings, automations, and scalable services. However, I know how crucial your personal touch is to your success in the health and wellness industry.

It’s not about choosing between automation and connection; it’s about finding the right balance. You can still be at the forefront of your business while building efficient systems that support you. The goal is to free up more time for what truly matters, working directly with clients, while ensuring your automated services reflect your values and personality.

Real-world example

Carolina, a sound therapist in the wellness industry, is a great example of this. She came to me offering 1-to-1 sessions but wanted to create a more passive offering without losing her personal connection to her clients. Together, we developed On-Demand, Online, Bite-Sized Sound Therapy, with over 68 high-quality therapeutic soundtracks categorised by ailments. These are accessible anytime and fit effortlessly into even the busiest lifestyles.

Now, she has an automated system that offers passive income, yet her personal touch remains at the heart of her business. Her clients still feel connected to her and trust her guidance.

By the end of these workshops, you’ll have a brand identity that resonates with your audience, streamlines your business for growth, and keeps you at the head of the game—without losing your personal touch.
