Step 3: Creating Your Digital Presence (WIX Websites)
With your identity and visual foundations in place, this stage is where we make your business accessible online. It’s about building a website that not only looks like your brand, but functions as a practical, engaging space for your audience to explore and interact with your services. So, let's ook at how creating your digital presence with a WIX website is the next step from Stage Two; Branding and Guidelines.
Your website becomes the home for everything you offer whether that’s consultations, group sessions, memberships or digital content. It’s the tool that connects your ideas with the people you’re trying to reach.
Why a Strong Digital Presence Matters
When someone lands on your website, they should feel like they’ve arrived in the right place. That means your message is clear, your layout makes sense, and your services are easy to explore and book. A well-built site makes people want to stick around and learn more.
Your website should bring structure to your services, help visitors take action, and make your business feel more accessible. If done well, it won’t just inform people – it will guide them to the next step.
Who is it for?
This stage is for small businesses, solo founders, and rebrands who are ready to turn their offline strategy into a clear, online presence. If you've completed Stage One and Stage Two, this is where it all comes together.
Whether you're offering bookable services, discovery calls, events, memberships, or programs, this process helps you structure everything in a way that makes sense to both your audience and your business goals.
How I Help
My role in Stage 3 is to take your services, offers, and messaging and build them into a site that works.
Here's how we do it:
refining your offering
Most clients come with a handful of services that could be clearer. I help you unpack and refine what you're offering, so we can structure it properly. Whether it's sessions, workshops, programs or plans, we build out a journey that makes sense and creates repeat engagement.
collaborative website mind mapping
We'll use MIRO to map out your website in real time. This helps us plan every section, page and pathway together, making sure everything is intuitive before we start designing.
styling and reviews
Once we know the structure, I design 2 or 3 draft pages so we can review layout, colour, typography and overall flow – all based on your Stage Two guidelines.
customer journey and automations
We'll design with the user journey in mind – using automations, booking calendars, pricing plans and other WIX tools to streamline both client and admin experience.
final build and live MVP site
We won’t wait for every single piece of content to be perfect upfront. Instead, we build iteratively. Once the structure and flow are right, we add your services, blog, contact page and get your MVP site live. It’s a cleaner, more collaborative way to launch.

Example in Practice
A wellness coach I worked with, had a combination of one-to-one coaching and digital programs that needed simplifying. We refined her services into a clear structure, created a strong homepage with calls to action, and integrated bookings and automation tools.
Now, her website supports her business growth and frees up her time, while still reflecting her personality and values.
what this unlocks next
By the end of this stage, you’ll have a website that doesn't just look good, but works hard too. You’ll be ready to run your business online with clarity and confidence.
